Learning Remotely or Hybrid?

 Good for the busy graduate student but what does it mean in K-12?  What did it mean before the pandemic?  What does it mean now?  Do schools have a larger vision for tech integration overall?  Did the use of online instruction speed the adoption of technology in some schools?  How is it going? on the homefront...? for students...? for parents...?  

Whose juggling their own work from home alongside their children?  Do providers offer enough bandwith?  What's the computer situation at home?  The settings?  The setup?  

Not to veer too far from the question but how do the pieces fit together in a K-12 setting?  And is this approach as effective?  Is it more?  We've seen that some students thrive while some students struggle.
